Be a Guest on Daring to Succeed

So, you’re curious about joining me for a conversation on Daring to Succeed? You’re in the right place.

This page has everything you need to know before applying—whether you’re a potential guest or just a listener peeking behind the curtain.

My audience is made up of ambitious professionals and thoughtful entrepreneurs who don’t always fit the “standard mould.”

They’re mid-career leaders and business owners in growth mode—whether that’s in their professional careers or their businesses. They care less about being the loudest voice in the room, and more about doing meaningful work. They value grit, skill, and authenticity over flash and schmoozing.

Quick snapshot:

  • About 50/50 men and women (where specified)
  • Most between ages 28–59
  • Nearly half based in the U.S., a quarter in Canada, with a growing international following across the UK, Europe, and Australia

Episodes are designed to be short, sharp, and focused on delivering the most value in the least time:

  • Guest conversations are typically 20–30 minutes
  • Solo episodes run 5–10 minutes

Listeners tell me they stick around until the end—so your message gets heard.

Recording details:

  • Available times: Monday–Thursday, 11am–6pm (London, UK time)
  • Style: conversational, not rigid Q&A
  • Format: audio-only (video available upon request)

Guests often tell me they appreciate how relaxed and engaging the conversations feel.
As one guest put it after our chat:

“You’re terrific. You are such a comfortable interviewer. You have this easy way about you—it’s really clear that you prepared. As a guest, it’s great to come on and have you cite things out of the book. You have this relaxed, almost NPR-style about you. It’s so nice compared to the overhyped intros you hear elsewhere.”

If you’ve ever dreamed of reaching an audience who are thoughtful, career-driven, and hungry for authentic insight—you’ll feel right at home here.

Here’s what you can expect if you apply:

  1. Application – Share the message, story, or insight you’d like to bring to the Daring to Succeed audience.
  2. Review – I personally review every application for fit. This usually takes 1–3 weeks.
  3. Scheduling – If it’s a match, I’ll invite you to schedule a recording. If I decline, I’ll do my best to suggest an alternative show and make an introduction (if you’d like).
  4. Preparation – About a week before recording, I’ll send suggested focus topics along with logistics so you feel ready.
  5. Recording Day – We’ll do a quick run-through before hitting record—then dive into a fun, free-flowing conversation.
  6. Post-Production – I’ll take care of editing and production afterwards.
  7. Launch – When your episode goes live, you’ll get everything you need to share and promote it.
